Walk With A Purpose

Whenever problems appear you can't seem to overcome, quitting often plagues our mind. Maybe it's because we're mentally weak, physically broken down, or psychologically broken. But, rest assured the only way to create a solution to the problem is to power through it. 

If your mind can't seem to bear the thought of moving forward, meaningful baby steps will bring you closer. If psychologically you suffer, meaningful baby steps will bring you closer. And last, and certainly not least but probably my favorite as it applies to me... when physically you feel unable to continue [a race]... Walk!... with a purpose. Whatever the purpose is, you'll find it.
